This one might be a bit physco-babble and bear in mind it's still early in Florida so I haven't had a coffee yet but.....
what does everyone think about the suffix "United" for certain teams?
Fair enough with a big city like Manchester which has two teams (with all due respect to Rochdale , Stockport , Bury etc) but is "uniting" Carlisle a feat worthy of such commeoration?
Not intended as a slur on Carlisle as such. Could equally have been talking about Colchester or Hastings but the pic of the ground put me in mind of it.
Anyone else see where I'm coming from or am I a totally willy-nose?
Up the Albion. A morale boosting away win today to get us back on track.
They are certainly there for the taking.
(puts the kiss of death on it - 1-0 home win is now inevitable!!!!)
