Yes, he did and started to build the team that Mullery took over and eventually took us up to the old 1st division with.

Mullery gets all the credit but a good part of it should go to Peter Taylor.

Yes, I agree. Mullery also made the brave decision to get rid of Binney. That was a big call. He also had a fine record of buying goalkeepers.
