It’s simple economics. There is a considerable cost to mounting a broadcast quality production of a football match and we do not currently generate income from subscriptions to Seagulls Player or advertising revenue from our You Tube channel at anything like the rate some of our more bigger or more established rival Premier League clubs benefit from. Where we see opportunities to broadcast our U23 games that make economic sense we will look to do so.

I think most people know that and I have nothing to gain by saying it was genuine if it wasnt. I have offered to forward the actual e mail on to AZ Gull if he provides an e mail address but for some reason he chooses to maintain it is not genuine. I do not understand why he has taken that stance with no grounds whatsoever. I did however notices that it is now scheduled to be shown on SeagullsTV. which it wasnt as the next match was shown as Watford.

And also not sure why it would be economically sound to stream a friendly match and not a U23s game. People live stream just about everything these days from events to youtuber crap to less salubrious activities. Surely streaming is not that costly.
