That would be absurd and imho would invalidate the whole project. If anything, it should be a two-parter: 'The DK Years' and 'The TB Years', with both being given equal billing

Not sure where this stuff comes from. FWIW In a history video produced for the first Europe game from just a month ago . There's as many shots of Dick as there are of Tony.

A 3 minute video is very different to a feature length film. Let's hope that it's not the case.
