If we are serious about going for promotion:
Stockdale - SELL. Too many mistakes costing us points. New first choice is required. Hopefully get back what we paid.
Walton - KEEP. Possibly loan to League 1/2.
Ankergren - KEEP. Seems happy to be back up.
Bruno - SELL. Off the pace defensively.
Calde - KEEP. Fantastic squad player, loved by fans and players.
Greer - KEEP. Probably only as a bench player. We need to keep our natural leaders.
Dunk - SELL. Too many mistakes costing us points. If a club is willing to pay £1Million+ then we could put the money to better use.
Halford - SIGN. Decent enough utility player, but back up only.
Bennett - GET RID. Not good enough defensively.
Chicksen - KEEP. Back up left back.
Ince/Kayal/Stephens/Crofts - KEEP. Rotation for 2 central positions.
Holla - SELL. Not needed.
Caskey - LOAN out to League 1.
Tex - KEEP(?) If possible. Perhaps his injury will convince Liverpool to loan him out again. Must be played centrally though.
LuaLua - KEEP. Game changer.
March - KEEP. Been unlucky with injuries this season
Carayol - GET RID. Done nothing
Colunga - SELL. Wants to be in Spain.
Baldock - KEEP. Showed promise then got injured.
COG - SELL. Improved in January, but still not enough.
Best - GET RID. Lazy, 0 goals all season for us and Derby. Enjoy League 1.
So, IMO for us to be at the right end of the table next year, we need:
Goalkeeper
Right back
Left back
2 x centre backs
Attacking midfielder ( x2 if we cant get Tex back)
Right winger
Left winger
3 x Strikers
Wholesale changes, some may say it's harsh, but we have been truly crap this season.
