By far the most minutes come from Premier League clubs, with every club contributing at least one player. Brighton are 7th in minutes in the EPL. Ahead of both Milan teams from Serie A, although they both have two players in versus our one, so they could catch us.

Getting money for each day they're with their national teams. Part of a deal made between FIFA and the clubs some 15 years ago when SAF (and some others) were moaning that all they got from letting their players go to international competitions was injuries.
