Born in Brighton but grew up in Worthing area.
When in the UK I have always lived,worked and drank everywhere between Littlehampton and Brighton so I actually feel like that whole stretch between Littlehampton and Brighton as"home".
I use the trains and the 700 a lot and It always gives me the feeling "Brighton"actually stretches all the way to the adur at Shoreham anyway.

Lucky you, that's my dream for my impending retirement, a nice bungalow in sunny Ferring or gorgeous Goring, somewhere near the seafront.

Ferring and Goring aren't Worthing...... and yes, I lived in Worthing from age 15months to 18 years.

PS - but I'd quite happily live anywhere along there between Worthing and Littlehampton.

Born in Solihull (apparently when I was pretty young I saw Trevor Francis make his debut for Birmingham aged 16 in 1970 although I don't t remember! )

My father moved to Sussex with his job in 71 - I saw my first Albion game in 73
