Good luck to everyone running on Sunday.

It's the first Brighton Marathon that I won't be running in and I'm really looking forward to being one of the faces in the crowd instead.

It's a great feeling being cheered round the streets of your home town (even if you're being beaten by a rhino!) and something I'd recommend to anyone.

There's no way I'd have been able to beat my time from last year and certainly haven't regretted my decision to retire from marathon running after last year's event!
