Over the years some of the top players involved in football violence have come from good homes and have held good jobs bank managers, solicitors, and even policemen.
Yet European fans are causing far more disruption and violence and have done for years.
Hardly curtailing their liberty - they just can't go and misbehave at Brighton or England football matches
......and they'll save a lot more than £1700 not buying matchday tickets or season tickets for the next five years! 
The video doesn't show the context of what happened. Personally, if I was in a group of friends that came under attack from Marseille fans, I think I would likely be throwing a few punches back, I don't think that is unacceptable. Anyway, if video evidence shows anti-social, aggressive and unacceptable behaviour, that is sufficient evidence, surely.

Alcohol wouldn’t be my first guess as a root cause to this behaviour, it’s there but it’s mostly Coke that get these shrinking violets bouncing around “wanting it”Surely the corrected version above is more accurate?
- alcohol acts as a depressant- it tends to exacerbate emotions and behaviour that is normally suppressed - I have met all sorts of heavy drinkers over the years (both in a work (drug and alcohol rehabs) and social/family environment) some who become aggressive when drunk, some depressed and anxious, some who seem to ‘drink themselves sober‘ (or some who get a bit lairy then just fall asleep (like me) . I don’t know whether it’s a generalisation but it seems in my experience, when alcohol does impact badly on a minority of people’s emotional behaviour, it seems to be more the women who get tearful and depressed when drinking excessively and the men who get violent and destructive - maybe those two emotional responses are two sides to the same coin? Teenagers are a different breed altogether - lots of emotions and angst mulling around under the surface anyway because of life, their age, etc etc, accompanied by binge drinking and peer pressure - too much to unpack really.

If someone was filming back in the 90’s they would have got slapped for it. The least these vloggers should do is fuzz out faces whilst editing.

Lots of blaming coke or alcohol and assuming they are the reasons when nobody knows what they had done or whether it played a part in the small video we’ve seen. Just a load of whataboutery really! Never been on it and never will I’m afraid. I find mainstream social media toxic, fake and a breeder for anxiety and mental health issues! Nothing against anyone who uses it and especially who use it normally but I detest it with a passion unfortunately. Breeding ground for so much BS and fake news & hate.
