I cannot wait for the third party content to come out which will of course improve the game immensely. Scenery packages, aircraft and of course airports and livery.

I believe there is a third party London coming out soon with a lot of quality, including Buck House.

The question I have is can you land a plan on the Amex pitch?

Given that I couldn't take off from Shoreham, you may need someone a bit better at the game than me!

I have a feeling that my problem was using easy mode. I think I was always fighting some kind of autopilot.

Really annoyed now. I have been through all of the manuals to no avail. I now have the wings of a sparrow and the arse of a crow. I can fly over Selhurst tomorrow. But nowhere in the manual does it tell me what the key I need is to complete my mission.

I am going to have another play tonight - especially as I am now getting requests on Youtube! A little jaunt over the training ground to Worthing. Or another jaunt into the housing estate at the end of Shoreham airport's runway. Haven't decided yet

Glad to see the game developers focused on getting landmarks like the pier spot on, rather than wasting their time with lesser known monuments. Buckingham Palace is just a bunch of flats, which I’d say is fair.

I have just found the drone cam and the trick is - don't look too closely at those areas generated by AI. They look good from a few thousand feet up. Close up, not so much. That is genuinely the Amex from inside. I will upload the Shoreham to Bognor via Worthing and LA video and then stop spamming - especially as the novelty will wear off quite quickly for me. Beside which, there are probably 10 million videos on Youtube already! And all with much better rigs than me.

A Youtube review I saw last night slaughtered the London scenery pack. Looks good from a height but up close, it is abysmal.

That IS a third party add-on. ORBX stuff is usually first class but they've seriously let themselves down here. They have even replaced some pretty good MS structures with poorer ones of their own. Rumour has it they took old stuff and issued it as new but the quality of the MS stuff has shown them up big time.

It often doesn't even load properly if you purchase it through the MS Store. But it is cheap. So I didn't pay much for something I can't even install, which now I'm rather grateful for.

Yeah they are usually excellent. Well, I'll wait until there is a better London/UK building scenery pack and a decent Gatwick Airport. It'll give me a chance to build the PC and get the control column etc...I'm going all out on this!
