That Sure Start Centre is more useful to residents imo...
The sure start centre would be more useful to residents than the royal pavilion, the pier, the aquarium, the beach and the sea.

That's because you're in Germany.
It wouldn't matter what shape it is, you're not going to miss it because you're in Germany. It's still a shit wheel, wherever I happen to be.
How will they know if you're a resident?
I'd imagine the same way they know when you visit the Royal Pavilion - you show them ID with your address on.
Oh. Never been to the Pavilion. I was hoping it'd be something like 'what do you call the pier?'

I wonder if they'll have one of those things which points out all the outline/shape of all the things you can see from the top? I'm hoping it has "Withdene Seagull's House----->" so I can wave to you.
Although some standard proof of address would be good, it says you need to register and get a card, which will cost £1. I don't know if that card is per person or per household, and if you can then lend it to guests, or what. How will they know if you're a resident?
Is it gonna get any taller ?
I guess it's rather appropriate that you can see an erection from the sex shop.
There's your answer, right there. Brighton is not "most cities."
I don't really mind if we end up paying for it.
