I'm in the optimistic camp, we were slightly the better team in that half, but yes one slip up cost us. Reckon they will now defend and allow us to come on to them and get chances to get something out of this game

Keystone Cops team/squad. It’s the small margins at both ends.

- Seriously, I thought they’d score then. Suddenly fighting like tigers for every corner, 50:50, as we seemed powderpuff boys.

- Comatose defending.

- Striking and corner delivery. We’re absolutely dreadful. Game after game, month after month.

- A huge collection of players who make some great moves in midfield eg. Mwepu jinking in an out, a burst of pace. But lack all composure 25 yards to 1cm from goal.

Guinness Boy’s infamous “Emperor’s New Clothes” never looked so accurate.

Please let me be wrong, with a second half comeback and win.

Demoralised.

It makes me laugh how you guys now think Maupay is the Messiah.
Trossard can score, but anyone can, it only takes a mistake from wolves or a Bissoma rocket blaster. Chin up guys.

Not only are we mind numbingly boring now. We are also pretty rubbish.

So disappointing. Trossard a bit sloppy giving the ball away a few times. Maybe will show more intensity going forward now we're behind, hopefully pinch another point.

Connolly looks like a Sunday league player today, not that he's ever looked any different that I can recall. Whatever we're paying him, it's far too much. Shockingly poor.

Upto 45 mins he has done the square root of zilch. If ever a player was playing above a level it is him

With our make shift central defence there was always a chance of a cock-up like that. Still a long way to go. I said I'd take a point at the start, and we might yet get it. Tross needs to bloody wake up though.

It’s a bit like Poyet at his worst atm.
Pointless pissing around in our own half but doing very little with the ball further up the field.

Very disappointing. But with injuries and we can't score anyway, this is game over in terms of winning the game. Struggling to care atm, more important things going on in the world.

Cheer up, it's only a game.

I'm generally quite mardy these days (am no Potter fan boy) but I was expecting us to score first that half, where we really that bad guys

It makes you wonder why Potter is rated so highly doesn't it?

Don't know whats going on with moder, he's been absolute pants. Lallana for him, 70 minutes alzate for mwepu and some one else for a.n.other.
Or,
moder to have an absolute blinder second half freeing up others to miss more sitters:shrug:
Go for it I say, bring on Ferguson, let him loose on coady

Moder is young, and inexperienced . . . He's learning under hairy porter, to play different styles and positions etc.

What pisses me off is he gets played by Poland in a favoured position, owns our best and scores a goal.

Great management.

So right now if we equalise in the 93rd minute, would everyone be joyful
