Even if it’s at the Swansea fans, after 2 years of being really poor, to do that after your first goals in age (in a glorified reserves game) suggests a shit attitude and completely the wrong mindset, imo.

I think the point is that people give Connolly shit for seeming to have a poor attitude…like the poor attitude he’s literally just shown. Get your ****ing head down, keep working hard and keep scoring. That’s how you get the crowd onside.

Maupay’s attitude has always seemed better, and he’s actually backed it up with quite a few goals, hence he gets a lot more support from our fans. It’s not rocket science.

The game MAY be pointless in the grand scheme.... but TL playing a full game isn't... his return is going to be a key component on our ability to tackle and contain these top half teams still to come.... more minutes needed, I would love him to play a part on Monday.
