I was ignoring that as it was determined to be offside so technically we didn't let them score another. I was close to a heart attack, mind.By letting the score another?

Yeah but I'm not sure we technically responded well either. We responded well to their second being disallowed though.I was ignoring that as it was determined to be offside so technically we didn't let them score another. I was close to a heart attack, mind.
Same here. Your brother's still a twat though.I am beyond happy at the moment. So many years of struggle, shit football, ground sharing, squatting at a shitty little athletics stadium. And now we find ourselves here, with European competition to come next season. So f***ing proud.
Well given Southampton’s season it won’t have been to check for performance enhancing substancesDid anyone else notice the moment in the second half were Ferguson took a sip of the Southampton physio's drink as the physio was treating one of their players close to the north stand? One of the Southampton players then gave him a load of verble and Ferguson ignored it and spat down next to him, before Ward-Prowse got involved.
It was such an odd exhange. Are our players told to sip from the opponents drinks to wind them up? Mitoma seems to do it quite a lot also.
My other important observation of the day is the <10 year old kid of one of the players (Dunk?) smashing a (maybe not regulation) penalty into the top right of the goal. Superb hit, sign him up!
Lost my dad last June and today meant a lot. Tear in my eye when Gross scored and at the final whistle. Such a shame he didn't get to see this. There you go, dad, and don't forget to pay St. Peter on the gate. See you (not too, I hope) soon. x
I sat down as soon as Sweet Caroline kicked off! It’s weird because I swear I saw everyone dancing and singing along to the SHITE music
And I'd like to thank @TomandJerry for not starting any this timeI've never thanked you for your 'Match Day Threads', so I will do so now.
Thank you.
I was saving myself for our European tour .. we are going to need the big guns out for that ...And I'd like to thank @TomandJerry for not starting any this time

Genuinely, Gross's performances over a long period of time, I'm not sure there can have been a more important player in our history. Obviously there've been moments like the Reinelt goal but this guy has been so influential. Absolutely brilliant today - which really is just what we've come to expect. He's been an integral part of every achievement since we got promoted to the money league, whilst being an absolute bargain, ands arguably the best value of anyone.
It's all about Solly, Pascal and Lewis for me.Genuinely, Gross's performances over a long period of time, I'm not sure there can have been a more important player in our history. Err no ... why would I?Did you have the vegan mushroom pie?
Agreed. They all have. I just think Gross, from the very beginning, demonstrated the quality everyone required to prosper at this level. Perfect positioning, always on the move, intelligent passes and almost always gets his shots on target. Thank goodness he's as slow as a milk float, otherwise we'd never have been lucky enough to watch him for so long. It's all about Solly, Pascal and Lewis for me.
Love the others, but those three have contributed so much.
Needed a rest from boogying to the other stuff thenI sat down as soon as Sweet Caroline kicked off!

I really couldn't understand that substitution either. Enciso always looks dangerous, Buona not quite at the right level yet.I dont understand why, when winning 2-0 and cruising you put Buonanotte on, unless Enciso injured.....
I'm sure theres a good future player in there, but EVERY time he is on, we look like we have 10 men and fall apart.
