Carbon copy of the WBA game.

The bosses for 40 minutes, thereafter second best.

There is a weakness when after scoring we think that the job is done. We played pub football after we scored... Completely forgot what we are about. Trying to play like Spurs. Dreadful.

Ignoring other key errors.
Dunk jumping too late against Vestergaard.
Welbeck and Gross missing golden opportunities. Pointed out in real time by Sky “This has a tendency to cost this Brighton team this calendar year”.

Dunk did also put in some very good defensive headers also wonder if it was Webster who should have been going for the header as he was there also...

Don’t understand why the ref didn’t have a look at the monitor for himself.
Apart from that we dither around too much. We needs to pass quicker, more one-rows, stop trying to beat the last man, stop trying to walk it in, and get some crosses and shots in. It’s football, not rocket science.

Beaten by the better team today. That extra bit of quality and no luck for us. Home form is seriously depressing.

To be fair, Southampton are decent this season, apart from Everton, we've pretty much matched the opposition, Today Southampton totally outplayed us. It happens, it doesn't mean we have to sack the manager.

This may be a knee jerk but March, Connolly, Maupay and Ryan can all **** off

Got what we deserved nothing. Second half was very poor. Very worrying and missed a golden opportunity to get something against the scummers who were nowhere near their best. Potters subs were poorly timed and the shape and tactics questionable. Too many 5 out 10 performances.

White in midfield has to stop. We need dynamism of alzate. Pick between Webster and veltman for who misses out.

Beaten by the better side. They are now fifth. Move on.

Very very disillusioned with our team and the management.

That tonight was unacceptable.

The single phrase you can use which screams "entitled" the loudest

Decent first half, not amazing but not terrible second. Came out on the wrong side of the fine margins. Decent opponents today. Soton easily a top half side this year.

Beilsa has stated that DM is his best position and he was increasingly playing him in that position so no it is not that simple

He played him there ONLY when Phillips was suspended.
You've watched him play both now- you think he is better in midfield?
