What is it you don't like about Solly March? Ten years appearing for us and very rarely puts a foot wrong. Is it he doesn't score enough? Is it he doesn't play like a winger and beat his man on the outside? Or is it the fact you just don't like him as a person? I trust the manager on his selection, not your bias toward a player.

Do you need to dislike someone not to rate them as a footballer?

I also agree about March. I’ve never regarded him as a PL player - and not just because ‘he doesn’t score enough’ as you suggest.

He continually slows down play with ridiculous and unnecessary cutbacks, very rarely takes on his opponent, can be easily outmuscled and lacks any cutting edge. In a squad of so much untapped talent, I am still utterly baffled March gets a game.

So that’s my bit. Sorry.

Doesn't score, doesn't assist, hits the first man every time he gets it wide. Actually has looked a lot better when he comes on as sub.What is it you like about him?

Agree with most of this. Seems like a lovely chap, very loyal and versatile. Good squad man. But if he’s in the starting XI my heart sinks a bit, he’s just not quite good enough for that.

The Albion need Solly because the ladies adore him and if you get the ladies to attend as a family or date there is less violence. At least sometimes.
