yes.

look at blackpool now, they were relegation candidates when they went up, one season in the prem and they are now challenging for the play offs and are a very high scoring team. Even one season in the premier league would provide this club with a brilliant amount of funds to build a brilliant championship team that will push for the play offs / automatic.
