Now we can take some of those U23's who have been setting the world on fire, and properly blood them.
Not just safety, but safety in the best way, being able to cast an eye towards the future.

Now none of us will be apprehensively following the other weekend Premier games hoping for particular results. Can now happily lay back and just see who goes down.

.....and can even shrug our shoulders and think, "So what" if Citeh or Liverpool go to town on us! Though it might be nice if we were to be the team to deny Citeh reaching the 100 points mark.

If ever there was a game that suited Knockaert and Jose (and possibly Locadia) where they would be totally up for it and turn it on, a spring evening at home to Man Utd, under floodlights and on TV would be it. I am really excited about tonight, think it could be quite a special occasion.

Well I think I called that well!

Very organised Albion side tonight. Worthy win. Can't feel inspired that it was United though. It's the one top six team I thought Brighton could turn over. Such a negative team.

Mourinho will ruthlessly cull a few names from the £800m squad this summer. Today was not a one off flop.
