How much is Potter getting paid ? and what would we all agree on as Brighton supporters? Not much. But definitely that Lamptey is streets ahead of Montoya and definitely Mooy and Gross can’t play together in central midfield. So how is it that our well-paid manager can’t see that but everyone else can?

I’m sure he can see it. Can you see he might be entitled to start planning for next season? Perhaps some final decisions on what is likely to be a crazy transfer market.

He needs genuine competition. His position in the team is far too safe IMO. Hopefully we’ll either bring in a new keeper or Walton is in a position to push Ryan. I think he’s been a great signing too, but he’s underperformed since the restart IMO.
