Of course, but they are and have spent well.

I don't think they've spent well when you look at all the players they've bought since their takeover. They've wasted a lot of money on flops. But they have an endless supply of money to dip into and when buying so many players there's going to be some that turn out to be quality signings.

Yep, and then you have the likes of Alan bloody Smith jizzing all over the place at the fact that somehow City look like scoring a bucket load. Wtf was he expecting? So dull for all concerned. Fvck being a city fan, dull dull dull most games. Not what football should be about between teams in the same league. Shame football has become the way it is
They are the Harlem Globetrotters of football.

Nah it makes sense. Save our best players for the more winnable games upcoming.

I think it sends a bad signal to the other players tbh and you end up with performances like this as opposed to the likes of Southampton giving them a game

Wow. No criticism allowed guys, pack up NSC.

You realise that all fans for all clubs have opinions on the players of their teams right?

Sometimes balanced posts are good, Rather than telling everyone who you think are poor.

Problem when we play top top sides, , is we take them on at their own game.
It’s commendable, But naive and very unlikely to work.
It’ll never be easy competing against city, it my god we make it easy for them.
