I see the BBC website headline writers are having some fun with their banner headline on the UK News page...

"Man City come from behind at Brighton to clinch title."

Good job it wasn’t Danny Baker who wrote it.

Well the first half performance was outstanding together with last weeks game clearly shows these players are good enough if not burdened with false expectations we place upon them, four additional players needed assuming no one leaves and we will have the making of a mid table team

Much work to do to achieve that, we stunk out the PL for months. Burnley, Cardiff, Stains and Bmuff all picking up routine wins at the Amex, for example.

Quite a few, far better first team players are required.

What?

We were the Man City of the championship in terms of cash?

I don't think so mate.

Of course not.

But there was a significant difference between our transfer kitty and wage bill and that of Yeovil and Rotherham.

Did you bellyache about the unfairness of that?

Or is it the era of Amex lickers, getting a boner because Guardiola, Kompany, Ozil or Hazard are almost within touching distance?

You seem to be a fan who resents anyone supporting the club that didn't go to Withdean. Why are 20000 fans Amex lickers?

One is now Non league, the other has just been relegated to the 3rd division.

looks to me like they were punching above their weight more than us financially dominating the division they were in.

The most curious thing..

Silly old bat
Was that not a passback to ederson about 10 mins ago??

It was. Our players appealed to the Lino, the whole of the north stand shouted but the ref signalled no foul?
When is a pass back not a passback? Biased refereeing.

Great first half and had them worried for all of 83 seconds. Thought Ryan could have done better with 2 of those goals and ffs Murray, he just switched off and let Laporte in, stood there rubbing his chin, almost in admiration.
Oh well, bring on next season and hopefully new direction.

I just knew it was a mistake to score first so early. We just pissed them off.
