If Potter is the intelligent man he's purported to be I expect him to offer Tony his resignation soon but I don't think it will be accepted and nor should it at this part of the season.
Whether GP can keep us in the Premier League or not I'm pretty certain he'll be here for the run in so I'll keep on supporting the team as I've always done and accept what happens.
There's nothing I can do about it.
Moaning will only make me feel worse.

Dunk was a mug tonight twice. Pressed Inanacho when he didn't need to. Got rolled then went for it with his left foot which was baffling when going for it with his right was easier. Then got too close to VArdy and pretty much gave a penalty away. Obviously Sanchez will get the criticism and rightly so but Dunk needs to play like proper centre back. Bloody hate Burnley but players like Mee don't get done like that.

After the WBA game I said that I was going to give it a miss tonight....but put myself through it again.
This was very different to the last two games as second half we were clearly second best, but could have, and should have seen out a draw. Our soft underbelly is so obvious. Potter just isn't a pragmatistic. It's ok if you are the better team, but we clearly are a poorer team than Leicester, even with their injuries.
We needed Moder on to give Bissouma some cover and shore things up.
I just think this run of games is showing up Potter's weaknesses. He can't see when changes need making and set a clear game plan....that's why we've got such a crap home record.
Also, unfortunately I think teams are seeing that big Bob may be a bit suspect to a cross into the edge of the six yard box. He needs to develop a good punch. Two games running now that cross has cost us the game.

Brighton factually.....
I am behind whatever GP decides. I love the way we are playing after wanting to kill myself in the last three months of CH’s tenure.

I get that some want him out, I don’t

Here is the problem, I do too, but I’m so frustrated watching us dominate games for long periods with nothing to show for it.

It’s worse than when we were shit and punching above our weight....

1) We enjoy watching the team play

2) The team, despite false observations, seem 100% behind that approach.

3) Most people accept Albion simply have a finishing issue- which is a personnel problem.

4) Potter is an intelligent manager, a view promoted by most independent analysts.

5) Who else would we appoint ?

'Potter out' is a drop and run statement. It only has value if you can offer a sound alternative.
Agree, agree, agree...but bloomin hell this is so hard. They started Lallana, better. Sanchez went long on goal kicks, that was good....but right now without tipping the odds in front of goal or at the back it's just so damn painful. That said we are due a game where it just all works and that might be it...nightmare over...we go on a run...but right now I want to chew on a lemon with a stick of chalk in it and a spoonfull of sand.

Everyone could see that Lallana was knackered at 55 - why couldn't Potter???

The question is why was he knackered. All he does all week is play football. Too much cotton wool and not enough hard work? I don't know, but I do expect a professional footballer to be able to play 90 minutes without getting knackered after 55 minutes.

Well said.

GP deserves criticism. It’s like, we can believe the manager can take us forward but admit he’s not perfect and not getting everything right at the moment. Why does everything have to be so binary with some people.

You can be behind the manager without being behind each and every decision.

Ali J playing 2,5 minutes is a really weird thing to be obsessed about.

Graham Potter is a really weird thing to be obsessed about you Swedish freak!

Your view is for him to be sacked though. Let's do it now. Okay.

Who is our new manager ?

I'm not saying he should be sacked but are we saying there isn't another coach in world football who will have us playing good football but be more clinical and concentrate for 95+ mins? Its not our job to name names but I'd be amazed if Bloom and Ashworth haven't got names lined up if needed.

He should be sacked one poxy home win the project has failed.

The project is bigger than Potter, he's just the coach currently appointed to deliver the Brighton football philosophy as managed by Ashworth.

This is partly why I can't get fully behind a coach that delivers such poor results, the club will have other people in mind who may do a better job.

Lallana nails It in the interview. Admits we were poor second half. Says felt like we’d won the game at half time. Refreshing hosesty.
