Be magnanimous.......Leeds have had an excellent season. But this season we were better than them....thank goodness

Sorry no.....

They aren’t that good as we’ve proved.
Their fans come on here giving us stick..... the Ben White saga.......

Bielsa world class? Well what does that make GP?

Well they can do one.

We could have battered them twice.....

Hopefully a one season mid-table wonder.

PS - ordinarily I would agree with you, but not for that shower

Yes, Maupay has been woeful - can't shoot for toffee most of the time; neither can Trossard. The fact remains that if Bissouma, Lallana and Gross had scored another two or three goals each we'd be way higher up the table. That's a simple fact.

I happen to agree on Maupay and Lee Dixon has just singled him out as not good enough..... however......

He's still a lot better bit of business than 35-40 million + 100k p/w for Barn Door Rodrigo, he looks like he doesnt give a shite and despite his impressive previous CV, he looks like a very very expensive flop

Admitted by Leeds that they could not play their usual game against our formation.
GPott has gone and done it again.
Seems we are capable of having a different formation, set up and tactics bespoke to whoever we are playing and, in the main, the players are capable of adapting.

This. Leeds play an open attacking style of football which suits us as we seem to do it better when we play them [emoji106]

Mccoist thought he had a good game bar the shooting

Super goal by welbeck and deserved 3 points which all but being mathematical, keeps us in the premier league for a 5th season!! Great win and hopefully pick up a few more points from final 4 games.

Yep. The added joy of Welbecks goal was as soon as it hit the net you knew it was a goal as no need for a VAR. A goal from pre VAR days.

The penalty could have been overturned as it happened so quick.

Thought the ref was excellent but I always think that after a 2-0 home win !

Did Sanchez play ? :albion2::albion2:

Maupays team play is great and has created a lot of chances that other players have not finished. Having said that he is there to score goals and he doesnt.

Well done Fabian. Finally making a name for himself after four seasons playing for us. From The Guardian:

Quote of the day from that gimp, Andy Gray....

Graham Potter started his career at Östersunds, in Norway

I liked the guy on Amazon: "Klich to collect the ball" (made me laugh anyway).
