I don't get this - Baldock has proved his worth to us. We are nowhere nearly as effective when he is missing.

He should be a squad option. Imagine a striker with Baldock's workrate and willingness to play in the system, run the channels, etc - but also scores 20 goals a season.

He can barely acknowledge we're in the same League as Newcastle, let alone matching them stride for stride!
