ah BBC's Paul Fletcher, obviously your first visit to the Withdean..... the fans are usually silent.

Having conceded just once in their previous four home fixtures, Brighton appeared momentarily stunned, while the expectant home fans were silenced.

......For the second time in the match, the vast majority of the crowd were stunned into silence

So very, very proud! 44yrs a fan and one of the best nights ever! worth the minor heart attack (bloody colin Murray 10pts deducted) I will be taking legal action! Now very 'pissed' on two bottles of red wine and have this fantasy of beating Man U 2-1 on April 4th 2013! Oh 'shit' the beta blockers are reacting to the booze!!!! time for bed! lol

Wifey preparing turkish coffee and chocolate cake - check

Is that just coffee from turkey, or is it a special recipe?

Jeez I just looked and we are 16 points in front of scumhampton

But they have a game in hand and can cut that to a paltry 13 points...

Kebab takes a yellow for the team , should have been a red being the last man

No it shouldn't. It's not about the last man it's about denying a clear goal scoring opportunity and the D&R player was heading away from goal. Never a red.

cannot believe how many opportunities we have given to a frankly not very good side. Our defence is frighteningly poor and that is surely a testament to how important Greer is.

I disagree. Not about whether or not Greer is important, but that it was his absence that caused last nights defensive errors. Firstly I'd point to the Carlisle game that Greer played in that ended with the same score. Then add that you have a combination of the nerves around this game from our players and fans, and a tremendous performance from D&R, they really went for it and Akinde was causing problems for El Abd and Elphick from the go. I don't believe Greer would have been able to handle Akinde any better.
