What return is he expecting as both a Business Owner and a fan? As a Business Owner IF he sells 2 or 3 players from this squad for big profits, that will help in paying back some of his massive investment back. Also as a Business Owner he's asked the Club to be a consistent Top 10 EPL club - we've just lost one game of football and are currently on target to achieve this? With the money he has spent I'd expect he will have wanted a better return. Our form against the relegation threatened teams has been appalling and in those games we look like the team at the bottom
I’ve invested tens of thousands in the Albion, thank you very much! What return is he expecting as both a Business Owner and a fan? As a Fan he is probably wanting Top 6 or CL - but thankfully he's grounded enough to be able to differentiate between the two. He's got his own money invested - us fans haven't......
Palace also had 5 on target and better chances over the game. In fact can only really remember Enciso and Dunk coming close and we were already two down at that point. Stats can’t mask what you can see with your own eyes and that was that Palace absolutely schooled us today and Fabs tactics and inability to get the team up for it lost us the game.65% posession, 17 shots, 5 on target. What more do you want the manager to do?
Manger for Fabian! Can we send the manager out on loan too?
There's a manger in there somewhere. But not ready yet.
I left early today because I thought there’d be more chance of someone precious being OUTRAGED on the internet and that it might cheer me up a bit.
Result.
Eze escaping the yellow, because the ref played advantage pissed me off tooWell there you have it.
Everyone knows we don't like it up us. Standard antiffotball from them: swarm the football, stifle life out of the game, force us into errors and counter attack at pace. A helmet ref didn't help. How Mateta got away without being carded I will never know.
We shouldn’t be reliant on welbeck tbhWelbeck was a big miss last 2 games.
A bit gutless today.
Lacroix on Pedro first half should have been a cardWell there you have it.

No, but his absence highlights how good his linkup play in transition is. We're lacking someone to play that role when he isn't there, and are less threatening as a result. We shouldn’t be reliant on welbeck tbh
I told you previously that if you repeated this particular party trick I’d ban you. You have. So I have.A great win ,which I didnt expect tbh.
once we wethered the first 20 minute onslaught in the second half I knew we’d get a third on the breakaway.
Very happy tonight and hopefully our season is turning
Wishing you all the best, Harry. Always enjoy your musings.I have a mountain of shit to contend with right now. Football is a blessed release.
On a brighter note Indigo sits behind me but left when the 3rd goal went in
I would agree in most of what you say, but Igor isn't that good. Sorry if I missed this but who voted him as player of the month?I am not going to go over the previous comments and I am not going to throw toys from a pram. I had stated before that the depth of squad is quite frightening, this I still believe, although our lack of serious cover, or, indeed first team options at central defence has become a worry. I feel for Igor, having been player of the month, he is now placed firmly back on the subs bench. Our errors today were primarily down to our Captain, Lewis Dunk. This guy has been a Brighton stalwart, he is Brighton through and through. Unfortunately today he was made to look Championship class, not Premiership. The latest injury has probably set him back more than we know, however our manager cannot and should not persist with the centre back partnership. Between them and the goalkeeper they looked like they had introduced themselves to each other in the tunnel before kick-off. Lewis has lost a yard of pace, Lamptey also. Joel Veltman is a streetwise defender and can cover better for a lack of pace. Igor needs to brought back to the team sheet, Dunk needs a spell in the reserves (for fitness). We need an outstanding centre-back with pace more than any other position. P.s. I think Enciso put in the urgency needed. Do not get rid of him.
We are already mid table. Think 9th qualifies for that?I can see a slide into mid table mediocrity coming.
