He was certainly very good at continuing the work of Potter and getting the most out of the team. The last 3 months were diabolical though.

I really wouldn’t have taken Lamptey off and switching to a back 3 - not with Van Hecke looking like a wooden legged mule today. That said, we needed another attacking player on and Enciso will do that in the CAM - 0:2 down, probably nothing to lose.
