We need a goal before HT here, dominated
He is trying too hard. So a many missed chances.Enciso in minute 3 was the chance. That’s not unlucky to hit the post it’s a bad miss at this level
Agree, they've looker worse than Saints. Enciso is over trying to scoreThese are the worst team we’ve played at home by a mile in this first 38 minutes. 0-0.
It's ok enciso will warm him up with some pot shots from a stupid angle and distance when he should pass instead.New keeper, get early goal so he doesn’t get confidence and we could do well……
Or Enciso could give him an easy dolly-shot to get his confidence up....Going off. Now we need to test the new boy.
Can I have what you are on?His best game this season so far!
Or just fire it wide and not trouble the keeper at all!Or Enciso could give him an easy dolly-shot to get his confidence up....
Yep, apart from the excellent offside goal they've offered nothing. These are the worst team we’ve played at home by a mile in this first 38 minutes. 0-0.
40 minutes and 8 shots later we're at 2 goals (both for Paraguay) in 96 shots. Can we get to 100?Really difficult for a manager to play with the least efficient player in Europe when on a bad streak.

Its a striker/attacking midfielder with 0 goals and 1 assist (against Crawley) since August 2023 and 0 goals for us since May the same year.
In the last two seasons, Enciso has taken 88 shots for club and country, scoring 2 goals (both for Paraguay).
1 goal per 44 shots makes it very difficult for a manager to pick a player.
To make a comparison, Aaron Connolly shot 80 times in total for Brighton, scoring 8 goals. This makes Aaron Connolly 4.4 times more efficient than Julio Enciso.
I thought he looked fresh against Palace and thought he would start against West Ham, but I have full understanding if the manager decides he doesn't want to start a footballer who haven't performed anywhere near an acceptable level in a long time.
