I think a few people are getting angry for no reason here.

Others have pointed out the congested fixture list, obviously.

In my opinion that isn't a bad lineup. I fancy Ali J to score if he gets half a chance, which I suspect is the plan. Alex Mac likewise.

Propper & Bernardo are the big risks - but that's what subs are for.

So you fancy Ali J to score if he gets half a chance, yet we create umpteen chances per game and even our actual strikers can’t score and he still doesn’t get a look in. This is the reserves plus Webster, Biss and Dunk.

Unconventional even for him.

Let’s see how it pans out but I fear for his future if we are destroyed tonight before strikers are brought on.

Hopefully MacAllister plays behind AJ tonight, that’s where he is most effective

Yes I think that’s fair, Solly has worked his bits off every week.

Not sure the same can be said of Maupay and Welbeck

Welbeck should under no circumstances start two games within 48h. Maupay should be able to though, surprised to see him out.

Ooo look I made a bed wetting joke. Tee hee. Off to play action man with my eight year old mates now. Mummy won’t let me stay up to watch the match later.

At least I’ll be supporting my team and hoping they win rather than gagging for a defeat because you know so much better than our manager and can come back gloating and getting high blood pressure if we lose.

Who is going to deal with our 3 big cbs when we get a corner? They look very lightweight in comparison. I think potter has a very clear plan to press and win corners and set pieces. Arteta clearly hasn't set up to deal with that possibility. Potential masterstroke or traincrash if they break on us...

I’m Potter in but lol at that team.

Wonder if he’s trying to make a point to the club by not playing a recognised striker?

Gutted to see Proper return to the team, and no Aaron to scare the Arsenal defence. That said, Folk here have said AJ could play as a striker. Now we see how he does.

Connolly is coming back from an injury so was never likely to start. Probably the most likely first sub.

Maupay has had his own injury issues so was always unlikely to be risked for more than 30 minutes, so soon after Sunday.

Welbeck is doing well to even make the bench with his history.

This starting front 3 is not as crazy as it first looks.

I’m actually quite intrigued to see how Mac and Ali J link up.

More so than a striker, more disappointed to see Bernardo and Proper starting. Could be last chance saloon for these guys.

For those saying rotation was needed, Leeds and West Brom are unchanged from their last matches and Arsenal have made one change. If we need to make that many changes, maybe our fitness coaches aren’t up to much.

West Ham have made 5 changes from the game against us.

Oh...yes....I forgot all the set piece goals we have been scoring this season.

Come on folks after all we are the same people who lambasted the predictableness of the last regime.
