TBF we have gained from VAR but it's getting silly if a player leaning forward is offside even
though his feet are not. Stupid interpretation.

Even if his hand was slightly further forward I still fail to see the advantage that has been gained.
The rule should be, if you can score with it, you can be offisde with it

Don’t worry some tired old prick will soon be here to inform us all it was the correct decision and what tremendous service it’s doing to our game.
At some point someone is going to be ruled off side due to their quiff
Or they've got a semi hard-on...
It won't though. That would be tantamount to an admission by the idiots in charge of VAR that they got it wrong - and that just isn't in their psyche. They haven't even realised yet that 'the final decision lies with the on-field referee' is incompatible with 'Don't go and look at the pitch-side monitor'. Pillocks.Bloody hell. Another armpit offside and the goal is disallowed. Really hard to get too upset when we had a similar one in our favour on Boxing Day but that could be so costly.
Surely an “umpire’s call” equivalent will be brought in sometime soon?
