I'm not usually watching football at a deep level tactical understanding, but even I saw how that one worked. Ajax was holding back, and it was the second a couple of their players were baited into committing to challenge for the ball that we struck.

Good timing for the goal. Ajax will have to step it up in the second half now, think they’re fans are getting fed up with their passing around the back, few groans of discontent from the away end. We just need to keep doing what we’re doing and more chances will come.

We're playing little one-twos round the edge of their area but none have quite worked yet. They will in the second-half.
