I agree that the performance of the player in question does seem to entail a certain measure of incompetence, but to call him a "****ing ****" is a bit harsh imo.

To be fair we seem to be dominating their half at the moment.

Sad to say millwall are awful, truly shocking.

However they are far more organised than us.

Realistically, can't see anyone replacing him..

It will need someone with huge charisma to restore the players confidence, it seems so fragile....

The tragedy is seeing all the good work from previous seasons being undone, reducing us to a very ordinary team. We had a mean defence, teams very rarely played through us, we retained possession. OK we didn't score too many goals but it was a formula that got us into the play-offs, with no hint of relegation worries.

I feel we have a decent squad (with everyone fit) but need a tighter, more robust formation, cut out the silly mistakes and regain the confidence to destroy teams.
