brighton fc and hove fc

If BHA FC never existed and Hove had its own league team as did Brighton. Do you think it would be a friendly rivalry similar to Liverpool and Everton? Or do you think it would be a hostile one worse than man utd and man city ?

Also who would you support ?

Maybe but it certainly is not as fierce as man utd and man city or bristol rovers bristol city and that's the point I am trying to make. Where would a Brighton/hove rivalry register in terms of hatred and intensity ?

i would have to be Brighton through and through, we would have been the working man's team, whilst Hove would have been the posh lot (prawn sandwich brigade).....

We would have also had a lovely stadia in the outskirts of Mouslecoomb or Coldean, or in the parish of Falmer!!!

Well,Hove would have had the Goldstone and Brighton would have played at East Brighton Park.

So,obviously, Hove would have had North Stand Chat and Brighton would have developed its own,simpler,board.Naturally Brighton would have loved to get through the qualifying rounds of the FA cup to set up a match at their bigger local rivals,and Hove players would have a local club to go to once their main career was over.

Other than that,I rather like things as they are !
