Always complete surveys when I see them but found some of the questions a bit odd. Some, for me, had multiple responses which the survey didn't allow for.

One thing to add, and maybe I am completely wrong, but I would use the word 'fairly' as a way of saying it's not quite 100% of the word I'm using. So for your question regarding safety in stadiums after COVID-19 e.g. fairly safe to me is less safe than just 'safe'. Or another example "I'm confident the answer is 10" to me is more confident than saying "I'm fairly confident the answer is 10".
