His greatest achievement was when he scored the winner at Millwall after they had gone unbeaten at home for ages. I can remember us all walking back to the tube station in silence under police escort. Scary stuff.

He was good for about 5 or 6 games when he came out of prison, guess the regime in there was good for him (no booze, drugs or fags, allegedly), he then slipped back into the mediocrity that he produced for the majority of his Albion career. It is hard to believe that we paid Barnet 115k for him, more than we paid for either Bobby or Leon.

He certainly had his moments.

He was one of those players often described as an enigma. i.e. Brilliant on occasions, inexplicably crap on other occasions.

He had a good goalscoring record for us from midfield, but had a habit of disappearing. Would certainly add some class to our existing midfield

Nicky Bissett on the other hand was a half decent player who never fulfilled his potential due to a series of unfortunate injuries.
