Thanks for clearing that up. It did make me wonder.

I don't know the ruling's. I do know he's been caught up in a few football related things.

Does that mean he has to leave BRIGHTON every time we're playing at home ??
Bonkers.
Surely that information cannot be taken into account in a court of law, or is it different for football fans?

Unless I'm reading that wrong, the chap was given a SIX year banning order, on 01.02.2012, so was presumably still subject to that, at the time of the Lincoln 'offence'?
If he was given a 6 year banning order in 2012, you would think that he would have had the sense to keep his head down!
It does seem harsh, a 3 year ban and restriction on your movements for entering the playing area. Curtailing of over enthusiastic celebration was not really the purpose of this legislation.
Cantona got 120 hours community service from the magistrates, for entering the spectating area at Palace, also seemed harsh to me.
So the guy has previous, including a 6 year ban 7 years ago...
Seems they don't like this guy at football... but imagine being banned from watching your team play for 9 years out of 10... harsh
EDIT: Just realised he was given a 6 year ban 5 years ago actually... how does that work - unless it was backdated, as surely he would still be banned?

Very harsh given the number of people going on the pitch that day with no one else getting charged.
