Brighton and Lewes worst recycling rate in Sussex

I think that Brighton's recycling problem is caused largely by dead head students who either can't be arsed or they put out rubbish on the wrong days and it is all blown down the street. Plus of course some people have no idea of what can be recycled... I once saw a large computer monitor balanced on top of a recycling box.

Same in Hastings. It works well; the bin is huge, and collected every two weeks. In fact, as we take it seriously, the recycling bin is almost always full, and the black bin about half full.

Sounds similar to Wealden (even down to recycling bin usually full, non recylable around third full) which, after a chaotic start a couple of years ago, now works smoothly.
