Have you been on the phone to Gally then or is the sound quality at your end THAT bad ??

It MUST be!!! Gally has that really old man voice.. could have sworn it was Gally.... maybe I'm not here... am in a parallel universe..... certianly woudl explain why we have started the season so badly.
