Football League Championship

Amex stadium

Kick off :- 3.00 p.m

Match Officials:- Referee- ANDY D'URSO
Ian Crouch and Constantine Hatzidakis
Fourth Official Carl Brook

Can the Albion finally kick off 2013/14 season and record a victory ?
Will Derby stay unbeaten after 1-1 league draw home to Blackburn and 1-0 away cup win at Oldham ?
Will Mr D'Urso cut us a break after some shocking ref decisions in first 2 games.
Who will be in oscars team after cup changes ?

I'm going for an 2-0 Albion victory
Ulloa & Barnes the scorers.

The season starts here
It's good to be back baby

Good tries. It would be nice to get the badges down to a decent size and centred. You can filch them off a site with smaller badges. I think I have done this before. Or the badges can be reduced in size and I have forgotten how I did this now.

This time last year we drew 0-0 at home to Cardiff so no wins and no goals after the first 3 games, so DON'T PANIC if we don't get the 3 points today OSCAR GARCIA THE SPANISH PRINCE OF FLAIR will prevail
I think we'll win 3-1 today but if not DON'T PANIC

Head-to-head
• Derby lead Brighton 15 wins to 13 after 32 competitive matches but this weekend's hosts have a 12-11 advantage in the 26-game league head-to-head.
• The south coast side are vying for a fourth win in five Championship clashes with Derby, which would take their unbeaten league run against the Rams to seven (currently W3 D3).
• The Rams have scored a total of one goal in five second-tier league matches with Brighton, but needed three to secure their last victory against them in February 2005.
Brighton
• Oscar Garcia's first home match in charge of Brighton resulted in a 3-1 defeat by league newcomers Newport in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday thanks to the referee.
• Last season the Seagulls lost their opening league match, but that was followed by a six-match unbeaten run with 16 points taken from a possible 18.
• Albion ended the regular season in May on a 10-match unbeaten home run, following defeat by Watford on 29 December.
Derby
• Derby are looking for a first Championship victory of the season and a first league goal from open play, but have only won the second match of a league campaign once in 21 years (2011).
• Nigel Clough, the longest-serving manager in the division, has only seen his side win an away league match once in 2013.
• The Rams won 1-0 at Oldham in the Capital One Cup in midweek, but have not kept a clean sheet on their Championship travels since a 2-0 win at Bristol City on 15 December.
