We are having steak and cheddar burgers (made with Aberdeen Angus steak from Inverurie), onion rings in a crisp batter, coleslaw and oven chips and a chilled glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc!
And a 5-0 Albion win ... this isn't just any old game of football, this is a Marks and Spencers game of football

Yep, chicken as the buns with bacon, pepper jack cheese and special sauce in the middle. Only 540 calories but a shit load of sodium and very tasty.

Tisdale seems to have started again with a totally new side. The keeper, Krysiak, was I believe at Birmingham City with Painter (useless bit of info) and they have dropped Harley (scorer of 4 goals from midfield and generally rated their best player this season). Old stager Marcus Stewart starts. Also no Jamie Cureton - star player on Saturday - rumoured on their site that there has been illness in the squad - hope they don't pass it on to our players
