Thankfully we're in the process of appointing an upgrade manager, the January window will see some fresh blood and the return to their clubs of our shit loan players, and the staff that left failed.

I disagree Thats the reason...Poor choice of management is a key reason and to be fair our squad is certainly far better than the bottom three.
Seems like the players are not interested and not motivated...Poor tactics and player choices are also why we're shite.
