Don't get me wrong - I'm a big time Virgo fan. I love his attitude BUT although he will play anywhere and try his best he is NOT a right back.

I think the problem may be Cox does tend to like to hit hard crosses, a better winger varies his distribution though others may disagree

I think you are right. He certainly struggles to flight a cross.
Hopefully he is watching closely and contemplating what he needs to do to earn his starting place back.
