Let me save you the trouble. This was the reply I got when I complained on Friday:

Thank you for your email.
We can confirm that the live audio commentary is working fine.
Please can you carry out the following instructions:
Firstly, can you please close and then re-open your browser to enter the service.
Once you have signed back into the service please press CTRL + F5 on your keyboard to refresh.
If your problem continues do not hesitate to contact us again.
