It's unlikely that an U23 game would require much more than the North stand at Withdean used to hold

Imagine the irony if this was thwarted by a football ground being in the way! (I know expansion would involve replacing a roof but a whole newish stand was demolished at Molineux.)

Dependent, maybe not - but surely a factor. New manager might not want to give Connolly game time - and presumably this would have been discussed with Jones. Assuming Connolly's injury is short term, we wouldn't want him going out to sit on the bench, or play for thei youth team.

Yes, we quite possibly do, but still their new manager might not want to give Connolly game time - and presumably this would have been discussed with Jones, and assuming Connolly's injury is short term, we still wouldn't want him going out to sit on the bench, or play for their youth team
