Sounds woeful, especially the defending for the second goal. I was very positive with Slade at the helm; seemed very intelligent, tactical and did wonders at Grimsby and Yeovil. Now, my mind has changed. Excuses about the team needing to get to know eachother is not a temporal thing but up to the management to make training engaging and interactive. Excuses about discipline is also up to the management. Excuses about not having the right players is also up to the management by making sure we do good business in the transfer market. Most importantly we need to remove Booker and White who have been contributing to the demise of BHA for too long. We need professional coaches to match the professional set up of Falmer.
