No , it is a 10 points FL deduction and a further 6 points taken off for our games against Plymouth as they fielded a weakened side due to financial problems which totals 16 points. Southampton are insisting the points are deducted before they play us at Withdean later this month.

Even if this was true (and i don't believe it is for a second) We would not have 6 points taken off us because another club played a weaker side against us or league clubs could set out to deliberately relegate sides (like Man U, Chelsea or whoever they wanted) by fielding weakened teams against them so they wouldn't get the points for winning those games. The team fielding a weaker line up would be the ones punished, like Blackpool and Wolves have been for doing this

Plymouth going out of business however is the only way we could possibly lose the points we gained from them this season and i can't see Southampton calling for them to be liquidated just to catch us up by 6 points, can you?
