Sums it up really.I am sure the irony has escaped no-one on here.
After all that has been written re excuses there are NONE. We are simply not good enough this season to go up for whatever reason - injuries; tactics; lack of motivation;not enough money spent on the squad (what happened to the 3 mill etc from Barnes and Bridcutt?)..blah blah blah.... .
I am of course playing mourinho mind games here in order to motivate everyone - including the fans - in order to beat Yeovil and Notts Forest. I shall be cheering them on at both games as I love the Albion and cling to the dream . AND OK if not this year then 2015 or 2016 will suit me.

Probably the most pointless thread ever. Ignoring the fact that Middlesbrough had something to play for against us and not tonight, I'm sure there are plenty of examples you could use where we did better than Reading. Complete reactionary rubbish!

Oh and following it up with some mind games comment doesn't justify it

The irony may have escaped people, but the definition of irony has escaped you, it seems.

Shall we compare Leicester results? Or QPR?

And so what if the Albion aren't good enough to go up - we ll go again next season without a horrific Summer behind us...?!

Let's look for three points from Yeovil and hope Reading slip up against Donny. It's not over yet, although we're not making it easy on ourselves!

Reading couldn't beat us with 10 men, or 8 man Yeovil the week before.

Totally boring thread.

They are one point ahead of us. How did they do against Leicester?

They have a much bigger budget than us and a manager who have managed in the championship before, and despite that they are still only one point ahead of us.

Please can we stop with these ridiculously boring threads.

I don't think you understand what "irony" means.

boro' 'rested' a few players to be fair

No they didn't.

Boro's starting line up last night, had ONE change from the side that they played at the Amex, as far as I can remember. (Ledesma played last night, instead of Leadbitter at the Amex).
