If we sell one of our best players on the last day of the transfer window, with no time to find a replacement and for anything less than 'a ridiculous price' we are not the club I thought we were.

we simply couldn't replace him at this stage, so why entertain any offer? it would be tantamount to giving up on the season, so dont see it.
in very unlikely situation that sell LB with no replacement lined up of the same standard (which begs question why on earth would sell in first place), you have to wonder what the mindset at the club is when he is unquestionably the basis for the way the team play.....be amazed if any truth in this rumour.

There are a few pricks on here ! For anyone who thinks this is a "look at me thread" I've got a stinking cold with a nose that resembles Rudolph I honestly would rather be at home.
