Agreed, give him until end of season. He's been pretty decent on the whole and we won't get much better between now and end of season

The Championship.
I was too quick to judge Poyet when signing Liam Bridcutt saying he would be awful but he has settled in well and is very good. I would love to keep him for the season.

Inconsistent.

Has shown enough to suggest can be a good player but can go missing and gift opposition easy balls that lead to chances

Jury out for me but happy to keep as back up

Season end yes. Nav will surely be out well past Xmas. Not sure I'd pick Bridcutt over Kish now, but he's surely on the up and Kish on the decline so maybe he will have a long future here.

For his age, he is very good and could go far. The position he's playing is very hard for a youngster but with Kish's help, he will develop into a very good DM

Definitely deserves an extension to the end of the season.
Jamie Smith really seems to be the forgotten man after such a promising start to the season.

I think he is worth an extension but we do have a lot in midfield. At his age the question might be "will he develop beyond the level of the older players we already have. And therefore will he be able to contribute regularly if we get into the Championship?". Not sure about that myself.

Certainly gave the ball away (or gave a hospital pass) 3-4 times in 1st half at Tranmere; but some of his other work and covering was good.

Gus said he wasn't the finished article so I agree, lets persevere.

Was the class act at Plymouth. If anything, he's probably worth more than just this season

In the Borient game and the Oldham and the Brentford game I thought he was average to poor... One good game out of 4 (seemingly) certainly doesn't warrant more than the end of the season IMO. I've seen a lot worse though - Not as good as Nav on early impressions tho...

Why wouldn't we? He's 21 years young, very inexperienced, has looked very good at times and rarely shamed himself. Would be a strange decision to just let him go simply because we think we have cover elsewhere.

He was but Plymouth were fairly clueless in that he was playing between the lines but they never seemed to realise they should close him down. In games where he's been put under more pressure he has lost the ball in silly ways and been knocked off it quite a bit. This will happen to any passing player at this level, people accuse Dicker of it sometimes but generally he proects the ball well, Bridcutt doesn't seem to at the moment.

He's definitely worth some kind of extension though.
