I would imagine he ticks a lot of boxes. Knows the league, a promotion under his belt and worked successfully with a DOF setup at Reading.

Amazed how he stayed longer than he did to be honest, but I guess he was hanging on for a big pay-off.

He seems to now be as deluded as the Leeds fans themselves !!
